Read the latest Covid 19 update.

September 16, 2025

Good Afternoon,

Testing for Covid has continued this week and at this time, one additional resident has tested positive. The resident will be monitored and cared for while in isolation. Testing will continue this week in an effort to identify additional cases sooner so that appropriate action can take place. If more positive cases are discovered, we will share that information.

We cannot stress enough the importance of individuals being up to date with their vaccination status. Residents and staff can still sign up for our vaccination clinic scheduled for Tuesday, 9/23. Please do not hesitate to call extension 2100 and leave a message advising us about your interest in the clinic. We are offering vaccines related to Covid, RSV and Influenza.

Testing before and after being inside our center or any healthcare facility is recommended. Our staff can assist everyone with supplying test kits or if actual assistance is needed, we can complete a test. Please ask our staff for assistance.

Our center will remain in outbreak status until we have completed two full weeks without any new Covid positive cases. Until that time, masks will remain mandatory. Your assistance is needed in helping us achieve a two-week period of all negative tests. Please keep your mask on at all times while in the center. Frequently sanitize your hands when inside the center. Monitor your symptoms closely and test if you are symptomatic or have been exposed to an individual who is positive.

Please assist us in keeping our residents and staff as safe as possible while Covid is still impacting our facility.

Thank you,

Ed Walter,
Administrator
