An ex officio member serves at the pleasure of the County Executive and County Council.\u00a0<span style=\"background-color: var( --e-global-color-7a2ea59 ); color: var( --e-global-color-text ); font-size: 1.1em;\">All other members serve a three-year term.<\/span><\/p><p>All members of the board shall be residents of the Harford County.
