2025 1095-C Statements:<\/strong>\u00a0 1095-C paper statements are no longer automatically mailed to individuals, as it is no longer a requirement per updated IRS Code.<\/p>

Employees may request a copy of their 1095-C statement from Human Resources by contacting 410-942-2102 or\u00a0Diana_George@CitizensCareCenter.com<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>

The 2025 1095-C will be timely furnished to the employee no later than the later of January 31, 2026, or 30 days after the date of the employee\u2019s request to Human Resources.<\/p>
