Donation and Gift Options

When giving to the Citizens Care & Rehabilitation Center Foundation, you may use either of the following methods:

One-time Gift – You may make a one-time gift to support our Capital Campaign of $3.7 Million for renovating / modernizing our facilities for the good of our residents and staff. Since our facility was opened in 1967, we have provided 24-hour nursing care to thousands of people. With an up-dated facility many more people will be served and with your help our Capital Campaign will be successful.

Annual Gift – Should you want to help our organization continue its care of people, who need long-term nursing care, your annual gift will help tremendously to continue the good work of our staff and our facilities will be fully maintained.

Memorial Gift – This gift will enable you and others to remember a special loved one who was so much a vital part of your life. Your gift will be permanently recognized for all to see.
