Citizens Care & Rehabilitation
Center offers a wide range of modern facilities for our
residents and their families. These state of the art facilities
allow us to provide excellent care for our residents, while
maintaining a "home-like" atmosphere.
Citizens Care & Rehabilitation
Center is a licensed 184 bed comprehensive care facility
overlooking the Susquehanna River at the confluence of the
Chesapeake Bay. Citizens is located in historic Havre de
Grace, known as the Decoy Capital of the World, rich in
tradition and history.
Our
comfortable facility offers twenty-four hour nursing care,
bright and cheerful resident rooms, recreational areas and
an enclosed courtyard.
We, also, have an in-house pharmacy,
a beauty salon and barbershop, gift shop, and rehab therapy
department. The Chesapeake Room, our main dining room, is
a warm and friendly room, where residents enjoy delicious
meals and many recreational and festive occasions.
