Corporate Compliance Policy

Citizens Care & Rehabilitation Center is dedicated to the provision of quality health care to its residents consistent with CCRC’s mission. The Board of Directors takes its responsibility for corporate compliance seriously and has a adopted a plan in order to ensure that all members of the organization are sensitive to the requirements of the law. The Board acknowledges the duty to conduct its own affairs free from conflict of interest and otherwise in compliance with established standards.

CCRC is committed to conducting all of its business in compliance with ethical standards and all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. The facility’s practice is to comply with all laws, rules, regulations that govern health programs sponsored in whole or in part by the Federal Government. The facility is dedicated to complying with those laws, rules, and regulations designed to prevent fraud and abuse. In addition, the facility is committed to the detection and prevention of actions that are in violation of the standards of our Code of Conduct. Employees and contractors are expected to comply with the policies of CCRC as well as the Corporate Compliance Code of Conduct Manual.
