In order to maintain the highest possible safety conditions and in the concern of the health of our residents, employees and the community, Citizens Care & Rehabilitation Center requires the annual influenza vaccination as a condition of employment effective 10/16/13.

APPLICATION FOR THE FOLLOWING POSITIONS ONLY:
Full Time 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, every other weekend requirement
Responsible for performing housekeeping duties to ensure cleanliness of the facility
Coordinates and facilitates MDS assessments interfacing with the care plan process and communicating with multiple internal disciplines.
Maryland RN License (or reciprocal state)
Resident Assessment Coordinator Certification (RAC-CT) preferred
Manages a designated group of nursing employees on a nursing unit and ensures smooth operations of the unit for a designated shift.
Maryland RN or LPN License (or reciprocal state)
Provides basic care to guests and residents under the supervision of a licensed nurse and assists in the maintenance of the unit environment.
Maryland Certification (GNA) by Board of Nursing
Performs Activities of Daily Living (Bathing, Oral Care, Grooming, Dressing); Infection Control and Prevention; Positioning, Moving, Restorative Care; Nutrition and Elimination; and Comfort/End of Life Care
Temporary Nurse Aide Certification by American Health Care Association (AHCA)
TNA’s are eligible to be enrolled in a Nursing Assistant course at the local community college.
